Once your project is complete, no one knows your home and its systems better than we do.  It is a wise decision that Ocean Coast look after your investment when you are not at home.  Depending on your needs, we will inspect your property on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and we perform storm checks plus seasonal opening and closings. 

After the inspection a complete and Inspection Report detailing the status of your home, along with photos and recommendations is sent to you – whereever you may be in the world. And, Ocean Coast will manage any work needed.
