From "Conception to Completion"
As part of your team we work on the owners behalf to create a seamless project from conception to completion, as the Owner Representative.
We work directly with the architect and designers to move the project forward from permitting to construction. We ensure the result is exactly what you, the owner, have requested. We compile all available information and create a project schedule, budget, sub-contractor bid requests, and complete scope of work for each contract. This allows for everyone to understand the complexity of the project and helps to avert any surprises as the project moves forward. We create easy to understand spreadsheets designed to help with the selection of all products and present them with our expert guidance making the purchasing aspect enjoyable as possible and with a personal touch. We create subcontractor contracts, and hold all contractors and vendors to the standards -that we have developed throughout the 25-plus years in the business - that are second to none. We know our system will, one day, be the standard that all others are measured by and our clients agree.
