Ocean Coast Construction is an Owner’s Representative, General Contractor and Construction Management firm that specializes in high-end residential, multi-family construction, and remodeling of most all structures.

Joe Regan, principal and native Cape Codder, has more than 25 years construction experience. He steadily worked his way up from starting on a framing crew to owning Ocean Coast Construction.  His time in the industry has taught him the importance of coming in on budget and on time with perfect results for you, the client. To ensure the best possible outcome, Ocean Coast only hires licensed, bonded, reputable subcontractors, and works with AIA Certified Architects and has professional working relationships with town licensing authorities.

Joe began to build his expertise in the 1980s and 1990s by working on a variety of projects in South Florida. They include: St. Andrews Country Club, Woodfield Country Club, and Addison Reserve.

After 15 years down south he decided to move home. In 2001, Joe moved back to Cape Cod and founded Ocean Coast Construction and based the company’s style on the fundamentals he learned in South Florida. Each and everyday he looks at as a learning opportunity and continues to expand his knowledge - especially in the complex environmental landscape of Cape Cod.

Since returning he has managed projects ranging from: a single family home renovation in Hyannisport, a new construction resort on Nantucket, several high-end single family new homes built in Mashpee’s Willowbend Country Club, and a custom multi-structure renovation in Osterville’s Oyster Harbors.
